Established in 2005, Carilion Labs serves as one of the largest full-service laboratories in the United States. The firm operates facilities throughout Virginia, including Roanoke, Richmond and Hampton Roads. It has facilities of 15 patient service centers and a professional courier staff transporting service. The firm provides a full range of anatomic and clinical pathology that include hematopathology, dermatopathology, cytopathology, gastrointestinal pathology and pediatric pathology. It also serves in the areas, including Knoxville, Tenn., and Charlotte, N.C.
