Elsie and Joe Summy began their catering business in 2003 and have an impressive list of clients such as State Farm, Farm Bureau, Madison-Orange Co-op, Merillat, and American Woodwork. The Summy family are proud their quality homemade food that keeps their clients well fed, satisfied, and continually returning for more. Your taste buds will begin to water when Joe fires up that huge barbecue grill to prepare barbecue chicken, hamburgers, hot dogs, pork BBQ sandwiches and much more. For a change of pace, you must try the Go Italian option or perhaps the box lunches for a working business luncheon. The large selection of hors d'oeuvre will make any function memorable especially the southern ham biscuits. Cakes, pies, and cookies are always a welcomed, delicious finale. Joe and Elsie love to cook for their family and their extended family of customers.
