General Info

Owner Jim Armstrong is a Minnesota native raised in Waseca, a smaller town 50 miles west of Rochester. He has resided in the Rochester area since 1986, after attending 4 years of college studying Engineering at The School of Mines and Technology in Rapid City, South Dakota. Since 1986 he has been licensed as a full-time Realtor in the State of Minnesota. Jim finds great satisfaction helping buyers find the perfect home and helping sellers by applying his expertise and knowledge of the market. This is only achieved through constant and extensive research of the real estate sold and presently on the market. He attributes his success to his work philosophy and a sincere professional approach to helping people. Jim loves the outdoors, hunting, fishing, canoeing, working outside at his home in the country, spending time with family and friends "up north" at a family cabin (Lake home), and at his family's place on the beach on South Padre Island, TX. Jim also loves to stay physically fit by eating healthy and working out every day, and mentally by being an avid reader. Most important of all is his faith in God and his personal relationship with the Lord and Savior Jesus Christ.
