I have been HIGHLY disappointed with my experiences with Bob's Appliance in Rochester. When I called I was treated as if I were an inconvenience. They did not keep appointments or show up when promised, and left me with an $80 bill and a washer that still didn't work. When I called back and tried to talk to a manager, I was told that the reason the washer wasn't fixed was because of me. I love helping out small businesses and was planning on using them for all of my rental property repairs. However, I will be taking my business elsewhere and never using this business for any other repair needs.
