      The Rochester International Event Center, also known as RIEC, accommodates up to 850 guests and serves as a venue for wedding receptions, conferences, meetings, corporate functions, family banquets, dances, concerts, conventions and trade shows. Its meeting facilities feature air-conditioned and heated rooms with adjustable lighting, in-house speaker system, classroom-style tables, podiums and high-speed Internet access. The Rochester International Event Center provides a variety of items in its lunch and dinner menus. Its lunch menu includes soups, salads, entrees, desserts, appetizers and seafood. The event center s appetizer list features meat-filled croissants, smoked salmon, bacon-wrapped scallops, egg rolls, shrimp cocktail, stuffed mushrooms, chicken quesadillas, brushetta and Buffalo wings. Additionally, it provides theme party and picnic menus. The Rochester International Event Center is located in Rochester, Minn.
