Provided by YP.comPlease go elsewhere! I absolutely hate writing anything negative like this, but I was so highly upset after my visit today. I made an appointment to get a few things looked at that have been causing me a lot of pain. I have extreme anxiety about going to the dentist, but have felt comfortable going here. I had some unfinished work I needed to get done, but my anxiety wouldn't let me for the longest. I had a past bill that I didn't pay for the longest and I take 100% responsibility for that. (It has been paid for a little while now prior to this visit) .After them examining me they told me that I had to pay everything upfront from now on due to my payment from 2015 going to collections. Which with the things I need done would be A LOT of money upfront! The very upsetting thing to me is that I WAS NOT TOLD THIS PRIOR TO MY VISIT OR WHEN I CHECKED IN! It was after my exam was over. I got in my car and cried my eyes out because I was hoping to leave there either not in anymore pain or a game plan for going forward. I left still in so much pain. It took so much for me to go there in the first place, but then to be told I have to pay everything out of pocket, and my insurance will send me a check with what they covered! My WHOLE family has been going here and so have I since I was very young! I just wish I was told this prior so I could have found somewhere else especially since I'm in so much pain. Again, I understand it's a business and I did have something go to collections however I should have been told this prior to wasting my time today. I had no idea I was going to be penalized for this. Not everyone can pay thousands up front like that! This is so wrong :( please don't do anyone else like this! Tell them upfront before they come in!
