I rented for 3 years from Aim... I lived in Stanford Ranch. Repairs were done quickly and my full deposit was returned when I moved out. I was told I had a very good owner. I guess that makes a difference.

I rented from Aim for over 3 years. without a problem. I had to pay late with my rent one time and they did not charge a late fee because it was the first time. I thought that was very nice. Whenever I needed a repair, it was taken care of quickly. My property manager showed that he appreciated his customers. He was fantastic.

Top notch company, the property manager i dealt with, was great. He gave me all the information I needed to get my place ready for move out, I got my whole deposit back, minus utilities. Great job.

I rented in Rocklin for over two years. I needed one repair, they took care of it right away. I did my own cleaning and somepainting when I moved out and I got my deposit back. I definately recomend AIM Realty.

Extremely unprofessional! Gave me the runaround about getting my deposit back and I only got it because I complained several times, and it was well over 30 days! Dont rent from them!!

I was not impressed with Aim. We rented from them for over 2 years. They marked payments late 3 times (which they reversed when we provided proof of postmark). Could not set up direct deposit (which seemed odd). We gave notice, followed the instructions, had professional cleanerss and no marks on their post inspection- their inspector promised to return our deposit. Then they then kept $1,000. We should have sued in small claims (and may still do). Assume you will have to prove everything (take pictures, keep all receipts). They will tell you one thing but not keep their word. Be careful if you go with this company

Be careful renting from AIM. We rented a home for over 2 years, paid on time, hired a gardener, took excellent care of the house and professionally cleaned it when we left. Despite repeated promises (even from their inspector during the final walkthrough), they took over $1000 from our deposit. They are a classic bait & switch company. If you rent from AIM, expect that you will not get any of your deposit back!

I have been a tenant at a property managed by AIM Realty for over 2 years. The staff is so professional and helpful. I recommend AIM to everyone I know when they are looking for rental property.
