Great place to live! Quiet, clean and small. Wilma does a great job at keeping it a safe and comfortable place to live. Apartments are great, I recommend upstairs for the vaulted ceilings and the "creek" side. My family loves it here and wouldn't be moving if we didn't need more room. Parking rules are very much enforced, if you have a problem Wilma will make sure it is taken care of. Respect the apartment community, and neighbors and you will not have a problem

Parking rules were not enforced. People would park in your asigned space & nothing would be done about that. People who didn't live there would hangout.

Nice, clean place to live. Mostly students and some families. Somewhat strict rules but a nice place to live. Small complex with , rec room, exercise room, hot tub and pool.
