The best company I have ever parked with! Every time I see their logo, I know I am in good hands and that my car is safe and sound :)

I am disabled, my car has NO modifications to it. On 6/13/15 my family and I went to Crocker Park and needed to use their services because of event on the streets. The parking attendant said because of the disability placard we would have to park the car ourselves, and retrieve it when leaving. He then proceeded to charge us for the privilege of parking our own car. The following Monday I called their offices and spoke to Frank. He apologized said they would refund the parking fee, take care of us for our trouble, and that the operations manager would call me back. NONE of that has happened and it's been over a month. Every time I call and talk to Frank or leave messages for him or the operations manager I get nothing in response. This company discriminates on providing equal services to people. I can say that because another couple were going thru the same conversation when we went to get our car. This is a very disreputable company.
