      General Info
      Exper-Tiess Gymnastics has been owned and operated by the Tiess family since 1988. Our gym is dedicated to teaching the children tools to be successful in life. At Exper-Tiess, we believe that through sports, children can learn the value of hard work, dedication and perseverance. Our staff is dedicated to working along with the parents to instill other positive qualities such as physical fitness and self-confidence. Our gymnasts focus on flexibility, strength and endurance both in and out of the gym. Above all, we work hard to provide a safe, positive environment in which the children will thrive. Here, you will find programs for boys and girls ages 3 to 18 years. Classes are conveniently scheduled from 10:00 AM to 10:00 PM Monday through Friday, and 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM on Saturdays and Sunday. During the Summer Months we run week long Mini-Camps. We also host fun-filled Birthday Parties during the weekend and holidays, so your child can share their gymnastic experience with friends and family members that are not registered members. Exper-Tiess is proud to be the home of Past National Team Members and Nationally Ranked Gymnasts, as well as Competitive Elite Gymnastics. We are also very proud of the many gymnasts that have received College Gymnastics Scholarships and become All-American Athletes.
