Patricia Reynolds-Meade entered the world of healing, empowering, and motivating people as a result of her passion to facilitate changes in others lives due to her personal struggles as a recovering alcoholic and a person with lived mental health experience. Pats mission is to empower her clients to heal their lives and become their authentic selves. The result of her compassion led to founding A Positive Option, a private practice dedicated to helping people live more healing, empowered, and authentic lives.
