Just purchased my new mac computer here. Went to the Apple Store first but Best Buy had the best price and incentives

Was super bummed to find out they were out of the gift I needed. At the register I was asked if I found everything and I said no, he then said "are you sure?" Let me double check for you. He find one in the system and off I went with my Christmas list completed. Super service!!

We had a great experience purchasing a refrigerator at Best Buy. They priced matched with the competitor and were very easy to work with. We like their rewards program too.

Mainly, the best part of the experience was the delivery. The guys did a fantastic job, took their time and left everything better then they found it. I'm really impressed. Thank You Best Buy!

We got a dishwasher installed from them and only one guy came to install it, who knew nothing about what to do. Not only did he take a long time to install, the dishwasher had a large dent in it's front. After calling them numerous times and visiting their store, they finally sent sent someone to reinstall it. This time, two people came and quickly installed it.

Great place to get DVD', TV's, Computers, games, plus much more. I always purchase my cell phone there every two years. Very friendly service.

This store is located inside the Galleria Mall, on the second floor next to Gap. They offer the phone services, and they have some phones and charges available to you. No bathroom inside, but there are one that available next to them.

The store has great selection of services like computer services and cell phone too. They take returns within 10 or 15 days from purchase date. They have video game systems, home appliances, and entertainment center. You get reward points and discounts later on. Very good location at front of the Galleria Mall.

Have purchased a variety of items here such as refrigerators, DVD players, laptop, camera, etc. Service seems to vary. Not my first choice when deciding to make a major purchase.

As most Best Buys do, it has a great selection. It's nice to be able to have a store stocked with items I'm interested in and a staff that can advise me on those items.

I used to buy all my electronics here. The prices were a bit more but I appreciated the customer service. Well that has gone down hill. I had an issue with the store honoring my black tie warranty for my cell phone. Even the manager was not helpful. I have taken my business elsewhere. They don't care about customer loyalty.

We got our entertainment center here and it was great sounding system. Our tv was huge and sounded like you were in the movies .

Best Buy has great prices on lots of electronic items. The are awesome about price matching, even online prices. Easy to find what you are looking for.

The staff is trained well and able to help with questions on any electronics. The salespeople allowed me to ask questions about different products and make a decision without high pressure sales.

The majority of the staff is ok they key staff in my eyes is in the home theater side. We spent a rainy afternoon being shown all the wonders of home theater system. We were very frank that we could not afford the equipment they were wonderful in showing us all the possibilities without being pushy .
