I needed to get a kitchen faucet replaced in a hurry. Called around and decided to go with Rooter Rooter based on the reviews. They were able to give me a quote on the phone and setup an appointment for the weekend.

Quick and clean. He didn't make any messes out of my house, he wiped his shoes off before he entered (something most handymen don't do, I noticed) and while some water did get on the floor (he was repairing a leak...so that's to be expected) he cleaned it up himself before he left. He did his job quickly and proficiently, and was very friendly at the same time.

I replaced my water heater but I was not getting hot water from it. I called 3 plumbers after hours that night and they said someone would call back the next morning. Not one of them called me! I found that a good plumber was hard to find at first, but I am glad that I found the Rooter Rooter They are professional, experienced, and honest. I will be calling them again in the future.

They set my expectations fairly about what to expect regarding the nature of my problem. (We had an apparent toilet issue that may have been the cause of a leaking problem to our downstairs neighbors). Their plumbers were excellent, friendly and conscientious. They thoughtfully talked me through the process. Highly recommend them.

I called on a Sunday at 5 pm and they told me they would arrive within the hour to asses the situation and let me know the cost. They arrived in 45 minutes and my sewer problems fixed in about 30 minutes and that was mostly due to the time it took to set up the equipment. The person who took my call was very friendly and the plumber that arrived was also very friendly and worked very quickly to get my problem fixed. I would absolutely use this company again. Their service is top notch.
