I am an unsatisfied customer of Rapid Movers. First they show up with no tape to wrap any of the furniture with so I had to go the store and purchase this myself (which he take off the bill) but one would think movers would know what items are needed to perform their job. But the main issue was that I was over charged by an hour ($50.00). I know everyone was tired so I understood and the next day I called and requested my money be returned. I was told twice that the owner would be by to drop off my refund but he never showed up. Then I was told my money would be returned via mail. I have not yet received the overpayment and it has now been over two weeks with no return phone calls in over a week. I think he feels that I will go away I think not...
