I call this company for a free estimate and he said he will come out to give me a free estimate the same day that i call him. but he did not come out to our house, plus he did not call us and tell us that he's not coming, we waited all day for him to come. At least you could have call and told us that you are not coming. How unprofessional is that? My advice to everyone, never work with a company that don't live up to their word because it could mean bad business. This company don't need a star at all, but sense it requires a star, I give it one star, just take the star as a bad feedback for this company.
