Although the service was on time, I was not told that they were an independent service and that the drivers used their own vehicles (I asked the operator if they were a real taxi company when reserving - she said they were). I was picked up by two men in a non-taxi vehicle that did not have a meter so I was given a price upon destination. The operator should have been more forthcoming with company information. So LADIES be careful...you don't want to become a statistic! I will never use this transportation service again!
