I have dentures and recently a thooth fell out, I first went to Grippes on Main st. in Russell Springs. They refused to fix the dentures unless I became a patient, "excuse me", I have dentures and have no need for a family dentist. I then went to Associates Dentistry located at the Key Village Shopping Center in Russell Springs, and they fixed my dentures in record time, were very professional, kind and did not require that I become a patient just to have my dentures repaired.
