I love Burger King but this one is off my radar. The food is always luke warm and the prices seems higher than normal. It's also attached to a gas station. I miss the flame grilled whopper

The cashier was friendly and the food came out hot. The coke guy was there fixing the soda machine, so that tells me they stay on top of it.

I have been watching the ads about your new Steak House Burger so I went and got one I was anticipating an enjoyable burger you advertised as great. Well let me express my dispapointment, I received a soggy bun with an ok piece of meat a tad greasy on top of a dried out bun with a glob of cheese yet again greasy a blob of what I assume was mayonaise and 2 slices of tomato that were way to thick and not ripe and what I was anticipating most was the toasted onion on it well if maybe 10 tiny bits (not strips/pieces) that would not fill a teaspoon. needles to say I am very disapointed with this product and wanted your company to know that maybe just maybe your staff be retrained including the Mgr I have run restaraunts for many years I am retired now BUT NEVER would allow such a mess and skimpy product be given to my customer. I say retraining due to your product has always been enjoyable if this burger were prepared properly it would have been very enjoyable. Come on guys GET IT TOGETHER teach your people to have pride in what they serve and you will see a difference. I will go back but to Burger King but not this store for a while.
