Been doing business with Richard for over 25 years. Has never lost one item and alterations always perfect.

Worst customer service ever. Came in for my pants to get alterated, the owner literally puts his hand in between legs to measure inseem makes me wait for like 10 min while he's on the phone just to tell me they can't do it. Says alterations on the door but can't do mine with no explanation whatsoever.
