I bought a car a few months ago, and we love the car, i am absolutely blown away by the customer service we received, john was a pleasure to deal with ,we had some small issues with the vehicle, but John took care of our concerns without hesitation we will be buying a vehicle for our son soon, i will go back to U save Auto.

What an amazing experience I had at U Save Auto! Juan and the rest of the guys worked really hard to get me a car I can afford. now I'm driving a 2006 Hyundai Sanata and I love it. I had no CA ID and they still made it work. U save auto accepted my Matricula as an ID. Friendly and professional! Thank you Juan and guys at U Save Auto!

I have nothing but good things to say about this dealership! From the time I walked up until I left with my vehicle it took a total of 1.5 hours! John (johnnie) was very up front and our communication was great. I had a thousand questions and they had a thousand answers! Gino was very transparent and willing to go the extra mile for me. This is the first time I have bought a vehicle from a independent dealer & was very skeptical. However, after test driving a few vehicles I was quite impressed. The staff was nice & the owner worked with me on the price of the vehicle. I would recommend this dealer if your looking for good used car

UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES SHOULD YOU BUY FROM THESE GUYS! This dealership is a scam operation - the guys there are a fast talking group of con artists. They claimed they had put thousands of dollars of work into a 1995 Honda Accord that I purchased from them for $4,000 plus tax and license. After driving off the lot and to work and back I discovered the odometer was frozen. When I returned to the dealership, they, of course, claimed to know nothing of it and hid behind the older vehicle exemption for declaring mileage. Needless to say, when I later pulled up the CARFAX, the vehicle odometer had been reset and the car actually has at least another 100,000 on top of the mileage showing. The odometer thing is/was the scam. To boot, they lied about the work they had put into the car because when I had it inspected at the dealer, they came up with $3800 in repairs. They rationalize their sales and blame the consumer!

I purchased a car from U-Save Auto on Fulton Ave. John and Sammy are the "Best", very professional and make you feel comfortable in buying from them. The lot and cars are always so clean, it's inviting just driving by. I would recommend them to anyone looking to purchase a previously own car. John and Sammy made my experience fast and painless, stop by and see them!!

Stopped in yesterday to check out a car. The office is kinda small and a little rough, but the sales guys are pretty nice. We worked with Charlie, who was pleasant and non-pushy. They've got a pretty good selection of cars, and although we didn't end up buying the Bimmer we tried out, we still had a good experience.
