We attended the Easter brunch and every part of our experience fell short. The facility is dingy and unkempt, they were clearly short-staffed and overcrowded. Our table was only offered beverages once and we had to track someone down just to get more water. The buffet was pathetic! Most trays were empty or very picked over and no one was refilling, presumably because our reservation was toward the end of serving time. I can handle busy, I can't handle overpaying for poor food and service. don't bother going!
