I had never been to this company before, but I was highly impressed by their attentive customer service. I believed I had a fairly simple speaker repair in my car and to my surprise after I voiced to the young man behind the counter what I thought it was, he asked if I had the car there and promptly went out to check the problem out. He immediately discovered what was wrong and said that he could fix it quickly. I appreciated his honesty and didn't say that I needed a new car stereo (which I did not). I waited about 5 minutes and the speaker wires in the trunk had disconnected; that was all. There was a nominal payment and off I went extremely happy. I absolutely recommend going here as they are friendly and honest and looked at and fixed my problem on the spot.
