JPM should be your last place to rent from. You will find them, after signing a contact, less than professional or courteous. You will find out that you never get all of your deposit back and must replace certain items in the house, even when there is no issue with them. Read the fine print on the contact for they will use it against you whenever you question them about a problem or concern. They only care about their bottom line and not the service.
