Energy has been established since 2003 and offers a full range of fitness and wellness programs. We are known for OUR personal training programs with certified professional trainers. We have state of the ART equipment including an outdoor training area in OUR ST james location. We have a large class schedule including spin. KICKBOXING. Toning. ZUMBA. Yoga and pilates. We Also have a juice BAR CAFE in both locations, a pool in OUR ST james location and a sauna in OUR fort SALONGA location.
