Jacksonville Building Science, LLC (JBS) is a design, inspection and testing company whose areas of expertise are focused on Energy Star, Florida Green Building Coalition, LEED for Homes, Energy Conservation, Energy Ratings, Performance Testing, and HVAC Design and testing.We perform Airflow testing to determine temperature, humidity, static pressure, and volume of airflow at each grill location and to ensure proper functioning of the air conditioning system. We also perform Duct Blaster and Blower Door leakage testing, and Moisture analysis to determine if there are leaks affecting the indoor environment and the sound maintenance of the building. After review of the test results we recommend optimal solutions to prevent recurrence of problems. We also provide design services for attaining energy efficiency and are authorized providers of Certifications for the Energy Star, RESNET HERS and Florida Green Building Coalition.
