My only suggestion I have is to keep the same team, both Housekeeping and Desk personnel! We were always met with smiles and warm greetings. Not fake smiles, but real "Happy to see you smiles"! All employees that I encountered were escellent assets to you hotels. I've traveled a great dea with my Marine father and I've never been treated better by the employees. You should train all your employees like these.
