I just wanted to say that this company is a very highly professional plumbing company. I called the company the other day to have my sewer lines unclogged.
When I called the company their offie workers were very nice and professional. They gave me a time that they would come out and about how much they would charge if I were to have them come out and do the work. I told them the time and charges were very reasonable and cheaper than most other plumbing companies.
Later on in the day I received a phone call from one of their plumbers named 'Joey'. He just wanted to give me a heads up that he was on his way.
He came to my house in the time frame that he said he would. When he was at my house. Joey was very polite, professional. He unclogged my drain lines in a quick work matter. He also clean up whatever mess there was like he was never there. Also Joey gave me future advise on how to prevent future clogs.
I must say this is one of the best companies I have came across in a long time and for a company that has been open since 1924 shows that this company knows what they are doing. I would recommend this company to anyone else and will call them again if needed for future business.

I recently used Billy the Sunshine Plumber because a pipe burst in my wall. I was assuming this was going to be a huge ordeal but the plumbers were able to fix my problem in less than a half hour and turn my water back on. It was very inexpensive and I will definitely use them again!

My dark days of having a clogged toilet and bathtub were certainly brightened when one of the sunshine plumbers named Joe came and conquered. Prompt and professional. Not only did he fix the problem, he enlightened my knowledge on how to prevent this from happening in the future. The best part of this whole ordeal now, was the price! It was generous and affordable. When he left I felt relieved and happy.

Terrible. Let's start from the beginning, they sent a plumber to clear my kitchen drain and after two hours they were unable to do so. The plumber said the pipe was broken at the 90 elbow and therefore cannot help me, but charged me $229. The next day the company called and said they wanted to double check so they sent another guy out. This guy came to the conclusion the pipe was definitely broke (after about 10 minutes of work). He said he could tell right away because the auger bit came up shiny which indicates there is sand in the pipe. I remembered the guy the previous day telling me almost right away his bit was coming up shiny. At the time I didn't say anything, I just let him continue to work, because I didn't know anything about plumbing. Nonetheless he continued to work for two hours and now knowing what the second guy told me the first guy should've realized the pipe was broken very shortly after starting and not continue to work for two hours. They charged me $229. After several phone calls to the business and secretaries telling me the boss would return my phone call I have yet to hear from them.

they were the best service around, they came to my mobile home 1st thing in the morning , he was here for 2 hours, he had to wear a bathing suit I loaned him to crawl under the house in 5 inches of water, to fix 1 of my 2 leaks...I will always call them up for my needs anytime I have a problem....the guys name was Richard, he was hearing impaired but he understood me... 5

This was my first time using this company and I shall now continue using them! On time professional and charged just what they estimated, which was very reasonable. The workers were courteous and skilled.

Had an emergency leak in my attic on a Sunday they responded quickly and charged a very fair price for an after hours call. Great Job! Very Satisfied

made an apppointment- no show. Called in to inquire- no record of appointment. I will never use them again.
