Needed a generator for my business fixed, these guys are awesome! Fast turn around, excellent staff, incredible techs. Super happy, will definitely go back with all our problematic equipment. Don't mind the one stars, they are most likely crazy customers because these guys are awesome!

The owner of this company is the most rudest and disrespectful person I have ever met. Don't do business with this self riotous foul mouth man. So many other businesses will give better service with a smile.

took a chain saw in for repair, got it home and it died when under load, I then took it to Eugene (outdoor power and it was not repairable due to bad obsolete ignition mod) went in yesterday to get a chain and a sharpen, when I told her what I paid for the saw at a pawn shop she grabbed it and wrote down the serial number, I bought it as is marked for parts but we never got that far. I have never been in a business that deserves to be out of business more. I showed her my receipt and she was unapologetic, go to OVS Mcminville or Pape equipment in Salem or Mcminville as they are both quality Stihl dealers that value their customers.

I made the mistake of buying from this shop. Very short sighted business that lacks being helpful and supportive to its customers. Will take all fire business to another Stihl rep.
