My family and I just left Jumpin Joe's and will not return. It was very dirty and not well maintained. My little brother and his friends waited in line for the go karts for about 40 minutes and the guy operating the ride waited til a group of adults finished and got off the ride to inform them that there was lighting in the area so they would be closing the ride down. When We asked for a refund they tried to just get them on laser tag, which they had already done. I also took my daughter into the toddler area to play. I don't think any of the pay things in there have ever been clean and had visible dirt on them. It was really hot inside and was just not a fun place to be. Would not return.

We went to have a nice family outing and ended up going here... the place was almost completely empty. We played putt putt ( an area that is totally not kept up, leafs all over the course and in the holes just dirty and broken down ) ... a few holes into our game it ate our balls. We went inside to tell them and ask if we could just have our money back in tokens to play the games, the lady (I'm assuming she was an owner as she wasn't in uniform) just kept trying to get us to get new balls. We decided to just forget it and play some games, they were either outdated, broken, or ate our tokens. Not a very family friendly place will not be going back. Very sad to see all that potential go to waste. Could be an amazing place for the family if it was kept up and had friendlier staff that wants to actually get return customers. Also (and im just saying but) $3.50 for my 3yr old to play on the playground when we could go to the park for free...not happening.
