The odor from all the many cats/kittens was soooo offensive!!! With all the litter sold there, not one person was able to make it smell better than it did. I talked to a mng, he said the help called in sick... I said, there was no one else to change the boxes.. really? Sooo disappointed. Also...they push the sale of a puppy guide I had to pay $19.99 for...got one from Petco offering the same stuff and it was FREE!!! Really really disappointed.

Takes great care of my dogs and all their needs.

My dog has went there to get groomed a few times this was fine because I could shop for his stuff during his section, but this last time when I picked him up his face was cut up and they said the reason was because he must of had an allergic reaction to something. LIARS! The same day when I was leaving I had to tell another groomer not to leave someone elses dog on the table with the leash around it's neck because it could of jumped and hung itelf. I wouldn't have givin them 1 star but I had to to write the review. I'm warning you please don't take your pet here, because they don't care about them. I had to take him to the vet because of them and I made them pay for it.

We have been buying fish from PetSmart for a while now and they are always healthy. Other places in town... well, lets just say that their fish scare me.
