I needed a paternity test and called a few companies. Although the price was a little higher than I was quoted from another lab they were much easier to deal with. Everything was professional and completed within the time frame they told me. They came to the hospital to get my families swabs and answered all my questions. I was completely satisfied.

Had looked around for other places but this seemed to be the best choice, wanted to know if my twin and I were identical so I ordered a kit through their website and got the package in 2 days sent it back and even though they said it takes 7-10 days my results were done before the end of the week. Their customer service representative was very kind and helpful he even gave me the results over the phone (including a report sent by mail). I would definitely recommend this company to anyone who wants to know what kind of twins they are.

Ordered a test and received it very quickly in the mail, turn around time was even faster then what I had expected. I am very satisfied with my results and would recommend them to anyone who wants great service.

Purchased the twin zygosity testing and mailed in samples. Results were to take 7 business days. After 9, I called to check the status of my test. I was told that "there is a problem with the machine" and that it would take "longer". I waited another week and called back to check and was told "the samples don't seem to be working, we need new samples." I am now waiting for a refund. Even though they are "accredited", spend your money with someone that actually cares about their customers!
