Very good service. She did ask for my name and then asked if that is how it reads on my ID. When I called back to pay for the ticket she asked again. Guess what, I didn't look at my ID when she asked, I just gave my first and last name but when I looked at the email, I wondered if it mattered that my middle name was on it. so I called and asked if it mattered, she said probably not but lets get it fixed just so you don't run into problems at the airport. Super easy to work with. Thanks a bunch.

You would think these people have never traveled. Appear to be incompetent. Can't believe husband's company used them to book his international flight.
ALL they sent was receipt with flight info. No useful information, to check in online. No record locator. No booking information.
Better yet, they apparently don't know that INTERNATIONAL travel REQUIRES that the name on the ticket match E X A C T L Y as the name on the passport. (Notice the spaces between between the letters in exactly? Was so easy to do!) Am I going to receive a paycheck from this company, as it took HOURS to fix everything they messed up?
