General Info: Cheryl Bradshaw is a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist who works with individuals and couples, and specializes in working with trauma, anxiety, life transitions, relationship concerns and cross-cultural issues. With over 20 years of training and experience in many different methods of therapy, Cheryl's breadth of experience allows her to tailor her approach to the specific needs of the client. She uses a psychodynamic and integrative approach, which can include the use of the arts in the therapy process, as well as body centered psychotherapy. Cheryl's intention is to serve as a conduit for health and healing, as well as provide a safe and sacred space for her clients. She hopes to offer her clients the opportunity to have a place they can go, to explore their deepest dreams and desires, as well as inspire a willingness to make internal changes which bring peace, harmony, passion and joy into their lives.
