***Outstanding customer service! Very happy with the detail the shop provided in repairing my car!***I was rear-ended while driving my Infiniti G35 back on May the 4th. I dropped my vehicle off at the shop on May the 5th. AA Body Frame & Paint gave me an initial estimate and assured me that they could get the car back to pristine condition. They worked with the other drivers insurance company ensuring that I had an acceptable rental car for the time my car would be in the shop. They called me every couple of days letting me know the status of my car. I picked up my car up today and could not be happier! The attention to detail really shows in all of their work. The shop is a family owned business, and they truly treat you like family. Exemplifying integrity they showed me all the old parts and doors that were replaced. When I arrived to pick up my car today, Dave took a look at my wifes brand-new car sitting in the parking lot and spotted a defect that I had overlooked before buying. This would have been a costly defect to fix at a later date, but since he spotted it literally within a week of purchasing the car we are taking it back to the dealership tomorrow to be fixed for free. If I could sum up the quality of service rendered from AA Body Frame & Paint in three words - I would say honest, thorough, and amazing. Once again, I cannot think them enough for the amount of work and attention to detail they put in ensuring my car was once again immaculate!
