When I could no longer let my mother-in-law stay at home alone, I enrolled her at Careplex Adult Day Care Center. The guidelines here are strictly set and monitored by the owner herself, Ms. Elizabeth. She is extremely knowledgeable and experienced and has been in nursing for a few decades. There is a good staff to client ratio, and there are security cameras everywhere to ensure that there is optimum treatment of all clientele. They have group activities like music and dance, aerobic stretching and exercising and, arts and crafts. They also have many leisure activities such as tv, video games, puzzles, bored games, a pool table, and a nap room. The clients are happy and friendly and welcoming because of the positive vibe set in this community. I would recommend this place to anyone in need of daytime healthcare

My dad has Dementia and he has been very difficult to place due to his needs and behavior took him to Careplex and the first day he was there I noticed a difference in his attitude and wellbeing. One big problem iv had is putting him in the car to go any where and for some crazy reason he will on his own get into the car if I mention that Im taking him to the center. The only Big issue that I have is having to bring him home..I have shown up un announced and have always seen him interacting with the staff and other clients. I have no reason to beleive any negative reviews about the place. I mean its only as the good as the State Inspectors. Im trying to convince my uncle (dads brother) to go. I think it would be so awesome!!

That place is so under staff. Clients escape all the time. The never go anywhere but Walmart. The don't have activities for all clients. I saw bed bugs on clients. The clients are wet and leaking urine on the floor. Very unsanitary. I wouldn't take my parent there

Being at Careplex made my family member worse!! Come home bruised n scared?? Pants are wet?? Missing clothes pieces?? Staff was unresponsive to clients prompt needs!! Very ugly place!

This place is awful!!!! Run!!! It has bed bugs!! Bed bugs are crawling on clients n furniture! Clients have head lice.. The owner yells at clients n tells them to shut up!! Clients are thrown in the car port n locked away ! The owner yells at employees infront of clients! It's not professional at all!!
