Built in 1937, the Denman Estate is nestled in a picturesque oasis in Northwest San Antonio, just off of Interstate 10 and Callaghan Road. The sprawling 20 acre property, owned by both the City of San Antonio and the University of the Incarnate Word, boasts a 5,500 square foot mansion with an adjacent 1,300 square foot retreat center, a pool house and a natural well-fed pond. The three story mansion includes four interior breakout rooms, four bathrooms, a full working kitchen, an elevator, and an expansive second floor balcony with an incredible view of downtown San Antonio. The exterior of the mansion features a drive lined with magnificent oak trees and expansive front and back lawns, perfect for hosting outdoor events under an elegant tent or the starry Texas sky.
