Just to clarify, this the grooming salon on Marbach, not to be confused with Happy Tails Mobile Grooming off of 281. I absolutely adore this place. Ive been to half a dozen grooming salons over the past five years and this place consistantly provides excellent service at a reasonable price. I mistakenly took my chow mix to another groomer over the summer (had a coupon) and they ruined her. As long as Happy Tails is in bussiness, Im a customer for life.

I highly recommend Happy Tails as they have always done excellent work on my pets. I don't know what this stuff is between Petsmart and Happy Tails but I would never go to Petsmart again, ever. They gave my dog to another client. The dad of the client picked up my dog and didn't realize that he had the wrong dog which I totally understood. Petsmart on 151 had receive my dog at 8AM, gave my dog away around noon and I had to wait till 8 PM to get my dog back. Petsmart never knew it had even happened. The dog owner called Petsmart to tell them that her dad had been given the wrong dog. My dog was tramatized because when they finally brought my dog back,I heard her crying, howling, screaming all the way from their car, (she had seen me in front of the store) when they pulled in. She pulled the poor guy all the way through the parking lot. I will never trust Petsmart again. Happy Tails has always been kind and very careful with my dogs. I love H.T. . I never worry. I trust them completely.

This is Happy Tails DOG Salon ...it is not Happy Tails PET salon.. they are not affiliated. We do not use any sedatives or tranquilizers. We do have patience with aggressive dogs but if needed we will suggest to take to a vet with grooming as we DO NOT sedate or manhandle our pups.

I have never used this groomer and im not disagreeing with their quality but as an employee of PetSmart I can say that we DO NOT use tranquilizers on our dogs, in fact it is one of our check in questions "Has your dog under sedation" and if the answer is yes we can't groom them for 24 hours.

I took my dog in to get her groomed and they did an EXCELLENT job!! I met with all who worked on her (my dog) and they were great with me and my pet, they are not only pet people, but people friendly as well, I will continue to use their service for a long time!! It beats "other" places I've been to by far!!

Happy Tails Knows how to control Controllive and aggressive dogs and leave you with great results for a reasonable price! My Puppy Loves it there, Unlike Petsmart, They Dont put tranquilizers to leave the dogs fear get worse, They let the dog get to know them and become their friends. They also do not harm the dogs, I Recomend this to any dog in need of a grooming.
