I was told that they wouldnt get to my rider for 2 weeks. I thought that I could live with that. It turned out to be six weeks. Mowing an acre with a walk behind for six weeks just didnt get it although they did fix the problem.
They serviced my mower and were very fair in the pricing, also very fast and friendly. I would recommend James Lawnmower to all my friends
