Terrible service. My grandson was discharged from the hospital and needed an exam. My daughter was told to bring him in as a walk in the following day and took of from work to do so. The following day to do so. When she came she was told the weren't accepting anymore walk ins!!!! I have told my daughter to take her children to one of the many pediatrics clinics on 151. She has done sppears that Kellum clinic no longer values their patients. They have so many patients that are on assistance in the neighborhood that need help and come to them that they put no value in them and treat them as though they should be greatful to be treated at all. The staff is rude and very flip and patients wait hrs. Perhaps someone else should open a clinic in the marbach area.

I've been coming here for over 5 years and I don't know why cause there appt run at least two hours Ive been here 2 1/2 hours just to get some blood drawn for my son if I didn't already pay I would have left plus the staff is really rude I suggest you look for another place that actually takes care if there patients

This is the worse place ever. You can never get a appt when your child is sick. You call and no one will will pick up. You will have to take your child to the ER if they have fever, cough, cold etc bacause you will not be able to get appt till weeks after you call. I will be calling ins and report all this. Oh And if by chance they do pick up the phone they will place you on hold for 15 to 20 min no joke.. My chid has been sick and I had to take her to the ER and they give her meds and the meds are not working and she still has fever so I called to make my chid appt what guess what 2wks later she can come in.. Not good!!!!!
