Just took my shih tzu to petsmart on SW 410 san antonio groomed by crystal. Awesome job she did. Thank you. We travel in our motor home and we have to use different groomers and its good to know we have petsmarts. We have had nothing but good experiences. Thank you again Crystal

Ive gone to many salons searching for a groomer for my dog Nikki. In the 4yrs that I've had her, I haven't found anyone that I loved everything about. Despite what Ive heard, I tried PetSmart. I am so glad that I did. I found a wonderful groomer who not only does a fantastic job, but is very friendly and really cares about Nikki! All the other groomers seem to do a great job also. But I will take Nikki Sheila (may be spelled differently) for years to come.

I used the grooming here twice and was disappointed both times. My dog is a lover and they could not clip her nails so they called over a manager, then wanted to charge me $5 extra for their blunders. I use the other PetSmarts now.
