Bill, we are sorry your experience did not live up to your expectations. We are typically doing an evaluation on the first visit and by law must submit our plan of care to your physician before we can treat. Sometimes the first visit is not treatment centric as a result. A few thoughts about charges, we bill our patients our contracted rate with your insurance carrier. The only time patients are expected to pay for the visit is during the deductible period of your insurance contract. After that period you'll usually pay a copay or percentage of the contracted rate. As a small business we have the lowest contracted rate with insurance carriers because we have no negotiation power. I can assure you it will be lower than any other facility.
