2011: Hired Santa Claus. He showed up late and left early. Great personality, prepared. 2012: Hired Santa Claus. Showed up on time but unprepared. Asked him to drop off candy canes we provided to 7 classrooms & read & take pictures in 2 additional classrooms. Didn't follow directions. Booked him for two hours. He left early to explore school. Billing: Requested to make payment at time of service via credit card. Was requested to submit check. Submitted check 418 at time of services. A couple of weeks later was notified that check not received. Again, requested to pay via credit card. Consultant said to send another check & agreed to send another invoice. Invoice received, paid check cancel fee & submitted check 425 to address on invoice. 3 months later check not deposited, I was not notified & company left nasty messages at school & business. Called back & paid by credit card as I requested to begin with. Lousy experience. Would not use again or recommend.
