Worst customer service. If you call and ask to speak with a manager they automatically hang up on you good for nothing customer service

When asked to have copies of your contract their excuse is that they are in the back in boxes and its a mess.As soon as they locate them they will contact you, its been three days and No call. I thought the customer always had the right to complain and have the name and number of the manager or district manager. Especially when you want to be able to provide great customer service I should know I worked customer service 8 years. You never know if your customer wants to complain or compliment you on the great service.If you like great customer service this is not the place to go. When asked for their district manager information they say they are not able to give that information out that you need to speak to their manager. Then when asked to have the managers Name and # and or if you can speak to them. Their response is y are not able to give out that information.
