This Walmart has gone completely downhill. Because of their stupidity in expanding self-check-out they have lost thousands to theft - so now, they treat ALL customers as potential thieves!! If an item isn't in a Walmart bag they demand to see your receipt, even if they just saw you checking out with a cashier! If you are a younger customer, say teen or college-age, and want to purchase more than three cosmetic items - they lock them in a locked box (no policy stating this is posted - so this is up to the discretion of the Walmart employee lurking about!) to "insure the items make it to the register" - they just accused you of being a THIEF! I have shopped at this Walmart since it opened back in the 1990's, but NO MORE - MY $7000 per year with go to HEB and this store will be used as a "Bad Example for Customer Service" in my retailing classes!!!!

Absolutely terrible customer service! The main phone number rings 20 times before anyone answers and many times the phone transfers to a fax machine with an ear piercing high pitched tone. Then, when you call back and in the unlikely event your phone call is picked up, you hear a click and suddenly get disconnected; this is apparently the store's way of saying we're too busy.
