Terrible customer service, they are rude. If you buy items at auction they shut down at 9pm sharp and dont let you get your won items and make you come back next day. They swear, and dont explain rules very well and I repeat very rude. Half the stuff you buy there is broken or damaged mostly costco returns. Their "as-is" lets them get away with selling stuff that stores wont carry. They know the items are salvaged or damaged and don't say. Dont buy unless you test or inspect it, most item in glass case are electronics that dont work, and you cant inspect before bidding because they are in glass case. try another auction house, they do not know how to smile and money seems to be top priority over customer satisfacation. I wont go back anytime soon.
