This place is a joke to work at which is why no one in the collection industry will work there... Constant turnover among collectors and managers who do NOTHING but babysit the collectors.... Poor training which is really no training and poor pay to collectors.. start out AND STAY at $10 hour... Boss hides in his office and managers do no ongoing training or have anything constructive to say EVER !!! Rarely does anyone get bonus and sometimes mgt. even increases your target budget at the end of the month to reduce your bonus. Poorly run company with very few scruples or morals. Alcohol and drug abuse is pervasive in management and collectors, including during their shifts, and many of their own staff are getting wage garnishments for child support, taxes and their own credit card delinquincies. They advertise in paper everyday and still can't find anyone to work there... I would never let anyone I know waste their time and effort for this inept operation. They are a complete joke...

nice staff and fun environment. it really is a great place to work, even if temporarily.
