Our company policy is to collect a 50% deposit on all custom screen orders, and then collect the 50% balance upon installation. However, the entire invoice amount was charged by our billing department on the date the order was placed. Then by mistake, charged again for the balance, when it should have been entered as paid in full. Ms. Jolley was refunded the full amount and even made additional purchases with my company. I take full responsibility for the mistake. I have put safeguards in place to ensure our billing dept is properly notified whether the charge is a deposit or payment in full.
