Who needs satellite or att services, time Warner offered me an exclusive deal for switching and are offering nationwide calling at one low rate. My grandson tried to talk me out of switching because he liked the Sunday ticket but i don't mind not having sports and like a better provider for my soap operas.

I was set up with a bundle, the installer came about 2 mins late but he did a really great job setting everything up. I switched from DTV and and glad I made the switch.

Great experience I am really satisfied with my package. The customer service experience i was provided was great too.

There phone customer service is the worst ever. Menu not user friendly and takes a very lengthy time to get to an individual. Once speaking with an individual they don't know what to do without asking another idividual. Then a customer, ME, is on hold while being transferred from one sales dept. to a tech. dept. and then back to a sales dept. and eventuall after an hour and a half they disconnet. Very frustrating to try and use their not so good cable service once it is in place. NO CUSTOMER SERVICE WHATSOEVER!!!
