Young and fresh.But know what to do.We're exactly this case.But I believe that in order to get really good at any job you have to do it for at least two years to become proficient. The average length of time of my employees have with our company is over four years. Some have been with me since day one. Team work plays a huge part in moving. They've worked with each other on every conceivable kind of moving job you can think and are efficient. I get compliments on them all the time. When they get to a home they can look around and after speaking with the owner for just a few minutes, they get to work and start packing and loading.
