Coldwell Banker Realty, Sand Springs Office (A.K.A. Terry Gartside Realty) cost me a lot of money!!! I listed my home for sale with them for almost one whole year. After some research my home wasn't even listed on their website. No open houses until I requested one. I finally had an open house after about the 8th month. The open house was scheduled from 1p to 4p. My agent showed up at 2:30pm, there was only two open house signs. One on the house and one on a side street (no signs on the main streets) and no signs on my street to guide anyone to the open house. I was furious!!!

I found another agent same day. In less than one month she already has a contract on my house.

Our experience was very poor. Agent went behind our back and sold a home out from under us in order to gain more commission. Broker did nothing to help. Their reputation within the city is tarnished. There are better realtors for you to choose to work with.
